Amar Dave’: Turning Life’s Moments Into Masterpieces
The Luxury Exchange is my passion project born from a lifelong love of luxury timepieces. My primary career has been with CUTCO Corporation, where I’ve been an executive for 38 years and counting.
My interest in collecting timepieces stemmed from a desire to commemorate significant events. During incentive trips with CUTCO, I would buy a watch as a memento of each journey. I can tell you exactly when and where I bought each watch in my collection, be it Canada, Europe, Mexico, or elsewhere. This tradition enriched my collection and turned into a deep appreciation for Swiss automatic movement watches, crafted by artisans who pour their passion and skill into each piece.
Initially, I faced the challenges of finding authorized dealers I could trust, overpaying at boutiques, being misled about the value of timepieces, and ultimately, feeling ripped off. I really struggled with being told that a watch I was considering as an “investment” was later worth only ½ of what I paid! Frustrated, I dove deeper into the world of luxury watches, seeking out trusted dealers worldwide who offered authentic pieces at fair prices. As friends learned of my success, they sought my help to get watches they wanted. What started as a personal mission evolved into a thriving business.

Eric Swartz: From High-Speed Cars to High-End Watches
Many years ago, I knew absolutely nothing about luxury watches. My passion was luxury cars—Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Aston Martins, Porsches. Those were the assets I understood and cherished. Through these high-end vehicles, I was introduced to the luxury watch world, realizing that cars and watches go hand-in-hand as symbols of hard work and success.
My journey into the world of luxury watches began with a simple appreciation for their beauty and craftsmanship. I fell in love with the idea of looking down at my wrist and seeing a Rolex, Patek Philippe, or Audemars Piguet—a tangible reminder of my efforts and achievements, far more personal and enjoyable than numbers on a computer screen.
Driven by my newfound passion, I decided to partner with my friend Amar, who had a longer history in the watch world. Together, we created The Luxury Exchange. Our goal was to close the gap on customer service that was sorely lacking in the industry. Unlike other dealers who focus primarily on maximizing profits, Amar and I are dedicated to building lasting relationships with our clients.

Lori Snyder: From Kitchens to Carats in Luxury Jewelry
When The Luxury Exchange expanded and invited me to become a co-founding partner and lead the Premium Lab Grown Diamond sector, I couldn’t have been more excited. It felt like the perfect opportunity to bring together my passion for quality, style, and purpose-driven living.
As Director of Diamond Jewelry, I specialize in sourcing premium lab-grown diamond jewelry—pieces that are sustainable, refined, and meant to be enjoyed daily. My journey here is the result of a uniquely diverse career, woven together by a common thread: a deep appreciation for beauty, function, and meaningful connection.
I began my career in Cutco sales management, where I developed my leadership skills and commitment to service. From there, I worked in professional medical device sales, and later launched a thriving business in kitchen design and luxury interior finishes. Through that business, I cultivated a keen eye for detail—curating high-end materials, from custom cabinetry to premium flooring, with an emphasis on both aesthetics and function.
In every chapter of my career, I’ve helped people elevate the way they live—from their homes to their habits. As a life coach, podcast host, and speaker, I’ve encouraged clients to pursue clarity, confidence, and personal style with intention.
